By shopping with us, you agree to follow the return and refund procedures described below.  

Return Eligibility  

To qualify for a return:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and returned  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible  
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via customer support  
  • Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected  


How to Initiate a Return  

  1. Submit Your Request    
    Email your return request along with the Order ID and reason for return to buynestventures@gmail.com  
  2. Provide Proof    
    For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photographs to facilitate faster processing  
  3. Follow Instructions    
    After approval, detailed steps will be provided to complete the return  

Note: Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be declined at our discretion.  

Refund Procedure & Timeline  

  • Returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility for return  
  • You will be notified whether your refund is approved or denied  
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  
  • A confirmation email is sent once the refund is successfully completed  


Partial Refunds   

If a returned product only partially meets the return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items  

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery  
  • Include clear photographs or videos of the issue and send them to buynestventures@gmail.com to ensure quicker processing
